Shipping restrictions
Shipping available to the 50 United States. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories.
Handling time
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Local pickup
Usually local pickup orders will be ready within 4-5 hours. When it's ready for pickup, we'll send you an email that says your order is ready before you head to the store. You must show proof of purchase when picking up your items. We will again verify your identity once you arrive to pickup.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available if minimum purchase amount is met AND if you reside within a 20 mile radius of Tokyo Base. Local delivery is only available Monday-Friday. No delivery on weekends or major holidays. Please email us for more information.
Shipping and delivery issues
We recommend tracking your package via the method its been shipped in. Tokyo Base is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. All claims to usps or ups must be filed by the customer, however, we are happy to provide any information needed for your claim. If you suspect your package was stolen, you will need to file a claim with UPS or USPS. We highly suggest having your package shipped where someone is available to sign or physically pick up to avoid any issues. Please note, we are not responsible for any issues once the package has been shipped.
